Art Direction AND DESIGN DIRECTION for Ritz-Carlton RESIDENCES in collaboration with MATTE Projects for a new LUXURY RESIDENTIAL property being developed in South Beach Miami. The scope included creating a 168 PAGE coffee table book, curating content, designing marketing collateral, and developing a website. The project focused on crafting a cohesive, luxurious visual narrative that aligns with the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and enhancing the buyer experience.
