Josie Florance is a Senior Art Director and Creative Lead working across beauty, fashion, and luxury.

She partners closely with founders and internal teams to build brands from the ground up— defining visual identity, directing campaigns, and shaping content across every touchpoint.

Her work spans product launches, 360 campaigns, and always-on content across social, paid, and e-commerce, with a focus on creating imagery and video that feels both elevated and culturally relevant.

Most recently, she has worked as an in-house senior art director for Sarah Creal Beauty, contributing to the brand’s ESTABLISHMENT in its inagural year.
